Goldorac is a Green Batavia variety that is very well suited to hot summer conditions and offers a very good tolerance to both tip burn and bolting. This variety has a compact plant habit that makes it easy to harvest. Goldroac has tight curled leaves which make it suitable for use both as a whole-head fresh product and also for processing.
