Baton is a salad onion variety new to the UK & Ireland and is currently available for trials. This variety is suitable for growth in the early summer and autumn and provides particularly good growth in low temperature conditions. With an attractive dark green foliage and uniform maturity, Baton has shown itself to be strong against downy mildew and rust in trials.
